I- Upper Extremities
Hands-on Stretching Video
(On the process to be released):
In these new videos I will teach you how to manually stretch the mayor and most important upper
extremities' s muscles.
For all those who would like to explore new techniques on your friends and clients here I have
developed these new amazing videos full of valuable information. Sometimes when working on a person is very difficult to reach certain
muscles groups because either the spasm is too strong or they are to deep for the hands to reach, but with a
simple stretching you can get amazing results and improve muscles flexibility.
In these videos you will listen some technical terminology (like muscle attachments, origin, insertion
and action), that is for those that have a better understanding of the human anatomy, but don't worry, the video is very simple
for everybody to understand.
I will release in the future after the Upper Extremities Videos
Hands-on stretching the ones for the Lower Extremities, Chest Back and Neck
